People of many languages have no opportunity to learn about Jesus Christ.
When we heard that, we realized that the people who could tell them would have to come from people who have already been told.
That included us. So we went.
We are still going.
There is more work than we can do.
This website is dedicated to inviting you, and others, to go with us.
Therefore said he unto them, The harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his harvest.
The good God of the Bible cares about people.
Maybe that is the understatement of all time. From before the beginning, before He laid the foundations of the earth, God had mapped out a very good plan for each willing person on this earth that will last for eternity. Like us, they each need to know about God’s grace before they can believe Him, receive His gift, and engage in His plan.
God has prepared eternal life with Him for all who will believe Him. He wrote it in a book (The Holy Bible) so that His message can be clearly communicated.
His normal method of delivery is through people who have believed Him caring enough about other people to tell those who have not yet heard. (Communicating God’s message from His book.)
We respond to God’s grace by sharing what we have received.
Have you ever explored the path back from when you came to learn about Jesus, through history, to the days after His resurrection? It is strewn with selfless people who laid down their lives in hope that we would someday hear the Good News and share it with others.
Our role in God’s plan is to know and obey Him ourselves. He is good. He has chosen to deliver the knowledge of His goodness through our obedience, by His word, under the power of the Holy Spirit, so other people may know Him and His plan.
Out of an abundance of gratitude for His goodness to us and growing recognition of His worthiness to be praised by all people, our love for God moves the feet of believers to go where He is not known.
Our proclamation of Christ to the world is the ultimate fulfillment of, “Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.” (Matthew 22:39)a
Knowing precedes going.
We are Randy & Diana Smyth.
For many years we worked to provide aviation services in remote places; speeding the messengers who are establishing thriving churches among language groups of people where Christ was previously unknown.
Now we work as mission mobilizers to grow the Ethnos360 church-planting teams.
Our objective is the Biblical commission: go everywhere and teach everything that Jesus commanded us; especially those language groups of people who have not yet heard. In short; love God, love people, tell everyone, and teach those who will believe everything Jesus taught us.
The greatest need to accomplish the Great Commission is: people.
The Commission: On the highest authority in heaven and on earth, go to every ethnic group, preaching, baptizing and teaching them to observe, or to do, all that Christ commanded us.
Our role on the Ethnos360 team is to “Go get help!“
Drawing on God’s written word and our years serving overseas, we work to Inform, Inspire and Invite Christians to invest their lives to help establish thriving churches among unreached language groups of people.

“All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world.” Matthew 28:18-20 – The Holy Bible – Jesus Christ
Send 100 / StillUntold
The purpose of the Send100 and StillUntold websites was to communicate ideas and rally support for mobilizing Christians to fulfill the Great Commission: with an emphasis on the unreached ethnolinguistic groups or tribes who have no access to the truth about Jesus. Most of that content has been migrated here to stilluntold.org.
About missions – The command is to go everywhere – preaching to everyone – and the objective of going is to make disciples of Jesus – teaching everything – teaching people to observe all that Christ commanded us.
- People go because they hear and believe God’s Word.
- People go because they are asked.
We help people consider their role and actions toward completing the Great Commission.
Some people are unaware that a third of the world’s people have no way to learn about Jesus. We help provide that awareness.
Some people have no knowledge of what it takes to establish a thriving church among people who have an unwritten language, no Bible translation, and no messengers to tell them about Jesus. We show people the many roles and invite them to fill one or more.
Some Christians are unaware of the teamwork that is necessary to establish a church that is autonomous. We encourage their enrollment as part of the team.
Some people are already exploring their possibilities and options for serving as career missionaries. We provide information, guidance, and opportunities to engage.
All of us need encouragement to believe God’s word, to apply it to our lives practically, and to take steps by faith to do ask God has asked of us. We begin moving when we hear God’s word, understand what His word means for ourselves, and begin taking action.
Completing the Great Commission will be a result of encouraging a faith which is rooted in the foundation of a clear Christ-centered Good News message and developed toward personal obedience.
Many missionaries give testimony that they began moving by faith toward reaching unreached tribes because a particular individual showed them the opportunities and asked them personally to act.
In our ministry, we seek to show people God’s word, present the opportunities and ask them to take action by faith in God’s written word.
Our role in planting maturing tribal churches is to inform, inspire and invite those people who will make it possible to reach unreached tribes and bring them to a growing maturity in Christ.
What is the importance of mobilizing workers in the Big Picture?
As believers we have been commissioned on the highest authority to go to every ethnic group in all of the world preaching the Gospel, baptizing them and teaching them to observe all that Christ commanded us. Reaching the tribes means sending people to meet great needs in remote places on earth. Working over there requires the teamwork of people over here to send, train, equip and support workers until the task is finished. The laborers are few. The harvest is ripe and spoiling as people perish into eternity. Matthew 9:37-38, Proverbs 29:18
Why Mobilize?
The starting point of any mission endeavor is information, awareness and Bible teaching. Faith comes by hearing the Word of God. Action comes through hearing about and responding to the needs of which you are aware.
For every unreached people group there are 155,000* evangelical Christians. Reaching 2,500 people groups could be achieved if only a tiny fraction of those believers were informed and motivated to accomplish the task commanded by our Savior on the highest authority in heaven and earth.
What we do –
Through our ministry of mobilization, we are –
- Bringing hope, help and life to language groups of people who have no hope.
- Multiplying the teams of missionaries and churches engaging the unreached languages.
- Supplying the teams on the mission field with desperately needed personnel.
- Reaching more language groups than we could ever reach without the teams who work with us.
- Having a greater impact in the world –
- for God’s glory,
- for the rewards of the saints who get involved,
- for the eternal benefit of the people in unreached languages,
- for the multiplication of workers through firmly planted tribal churches in remote areas on earth and
- for helping more Christians to hear “well done” from our Savior for having served His purposes.
Each of us will stand alone before God to give an account of our personal response to His directives.
There are many ways we can have a part in the joy set before us.
Where is God directing you?
