Theme Song:

  • Never Heard His Name – A third of the people in the world have nobody to tell them about Jesus Christ. Unless something changes, they will be born, live, and die without once hear of the death, burial, and resurrection or eternal life through faith in Him. Source: stilluntold.org

The foundation of missions is God’s character, works, identity, and purpose. As His ambassadors, our work in to represent Him well to other people.

  • Whose Glory? – Many people claim to have the truth. God says He will not give His glory to another. A key test of truth claims is, “Who gets the glory?” Source doc: Whose Glory?
  • The God Who Never Lies – Your truth, my truth, vs. The Truth. The triune God never lies. Jesus said, “I am …the truth…” To be set free from sin and darkness to live with eternal light, people need The Truth. That is reliably found in Jesus Christ and His written Word. God wrote a book. Source doc: Identity – Who Says?
  • First and Last – God’s glory is intentionally hidden from people by His enemies. God’s unveils His glory, through creation and His written word which is intentionally carried and spoken by people who believe Him, under the power of the Holy Spirit. The identity of the Creator God in the person of Jesus Christ is intentionally unveiled to people who are willing to take a look.
  • OT Gen A – Most young people have never read the Old Testament. Yet it is the source of many of our cultural ideas, beliefs, and government. It’s where Jesus started after the resurrection. This song may help introduce ideas and questions that are answered in the Old Testament.  Luke 24:27 Source doc:  “Things I Learned From the Old Testament”
  • The New OT – The Old Testament is the foundation for understanding the New Testament, life, and western culture. John 5:39 Source doc:  “Things I Learned From the Old Testament”
  • Glory Be Known – Source doc: God’s Global Purpose
  • God Shows Five Things – Cause, Code, Conscience, Cravings, Cosmo – In Romans one twenty God tells us that people are withoust excuse because God has clearly shown them His invisible qualities in creation. This song is about five different ways He has shown us. Cause – I something is moving, who moved it? Code – If DNA is coded, Who coded it? Conscience – If something is wrong, what gave you the sense of something better? Cravings – If people desire to value and be valued, where did that desire to be loved come from? Cosmos – If the universe is finely tuned for life, Who tuned it?
  • Universe App Fuse – Who lit the fuse on the universe app? Romans 1:20 God has revealed His glory and existence to people in the natural world.
  • Code In Cells – If there is code in your cells who made this? Romans 1:20 God reveals Himself to people in His creation.
  •

The dividing line between truth and a cult is the identity of Jesus.

  • Spoke the Light – People talk about Jesus in a way that separates Him from Creation. The identity of Jesus is the dividing line between truth and error. Every cult denies the identity of Jesus as the triune God while using His name for their own purposes.
  • The Light Who Broke Through – People may not see Jesus Christ as the fulfillment of God’s plan from Genesis through Revelation. The identity, character, and purpose of Jesus Christ is the central theme of the Bible all through.
When God’s truth is made available, people have a choice whether or not to believe and receive it.

  • Lift the Cover – The truth is not hard to find. It’s right in front of you. The door to the truth is the will to find it. Do you have the will to find it? The truth is found in the glory of God which is revealed in Creation and The Holy Bible. 2 Corinthians 3, 4, 5.
  • If You Want It (Take the Course) – Spiritual growth comes primarily through intentional actions, sacrifices, and discipline. Open God’s word, get involved in Christ-centered community, find a mentor, share your faith, find people to serve while you follow Jesus. Add to your faith. 2 Peter 1:1-11 Source doc: Fruitful Lives
  • Somebody Told Me – Faith comes by hearing. Someone told us. No we have the privilege of telling others. Source doc: How Urgent is Eternal Loss?
  •
As redeemed ambassadors of Christ we also have choices to make in regard to what we will do with what we know.

  • Only What Lasts Forever – There is a cost to following Jesus in discipleship. Jesus spoke of the “few,” “not many,” and the “narrow road.” This song is drawn primarily on thoughts from Matthew 6 and 7. Source doc: Cost of Discipleship.docx
  • Let’s Act by Faith – This was written for a college ministry year-end recap video. I intend to adjust the lyrics for a broader audience.
  • Act by Faith – This is a more gentle version with the same lyrics as Let’s Act by Faith made for a ministry recap video.
  • Wait on You – When we are young we want to jump into the future, make a difference now. It is difficutl waiting to get through college, to find a spouse, to discover a purpose, and find a job. The thing we can build up faith now while we wait.
  • We Carry the Light – We are God’s ambassadors who have the treasure of the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. God is working to make His glory known through us.  2 Corinthians 4. Source doc: Who is Hiding God’s Glory?
  •

In evangelism (sharing the Good News) and discipleship, we help people discover more of what God has revealed and what to do with that realization.

  • Is There More? – We have learned that God has so much more for all of us if we are willing to listen. This song is intended as an invitation to passers by to stop and listen while we share the treasure we have found in Jesus. (See Perplexity)
  • Share the Treasure – An invitation for people passing by while we try to share the Gospel with them.
  • Where the Church is Not Yet – The Gospel moved into Jerusalem and was spread by the first generation of Christians far across the world. Two thousand years later we have not yet reached every corner. We get wrapped up in local or nearby ministry while neglecting people who have never had a messenger. This song is about sending messengers to those people.
